Terms and Conditions

• Early Departures - No refunds are given for early departures.
• Room Rate - Rates are per room/per night and based on the maximum occupancy for specific room types. The average daily rate is available at the time of your search. Rates shown online do not include tax. Orlando tax is 13.5%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
• Reservation Confirmation - In order to guarantee your reservation, one night's room and tax will be applied to your credit card at the time of booking. Reservation guarantee varies with rate plan selection and may require a larger deposit amount or pre-payment in full. Please review deposit rules prior to accepting the terms and conditions. Card holder must be present with payment and identification at the time of check in.
• Reservation Modification & Cancellations - Conditions vary with rate plan selection. Cancellation and modification terms are detailed when booking your reservation, please ensure to review these policies prior to acceptance.
• Age Requirements - Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort. Children under 18 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult.
• Check-in/Check-out - Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. The Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. A major credit card is required at check-in for authorization of a $100 security deposit and the nightly resort fees. The $100 security deposit will be released upon checkout, provided there are no damages or incidentals. The nightly resort fee will be charged to the card on file. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.
• Debit Cards/Credit Cards- When using a debit/credit card at check-in, a preauthorization hold is made against the anticipated amount of your stay including estimated incidentals, up until your date of check-out. Your financial institution determines the length of time the hold remains in place and may take up to 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer depending on your bank/card issuer.
• Housekeeping Services & Towel Exchange - Towel exchange is complimentary and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee (please contact the front desk to make a request for towels or housekeeping services).
• Parking - Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee - motor home and boat parking is not available.
• Resort Fee - Enjoy many services at our resorts including unlimited local phone calls, up to 30 minutes of domestic long-distance phone calls, full use of the business center (Internet access, copier services, fax services), access to the in-room safe where available, crib use (available upon request), and parking for $12.99 per room, per night. The resort fee is applied at the time of check-out. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.
• Smoke-Free Environment Policy - Legacy Vacation Resorts Orlando became a smoke-free environment for all accommodations. Smoking is permitted in areas outside of all suites and units, but is not acceptable in any unit type. The front desk gives a reminder of the policy upon check-in, and a recovery fee may be issued to guests who smoke in or near units to cover the costs of restoring units to a smoke-free condition.
• Dog Policy - Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 due at check-in. 2 dogs, up to 75 lbs. per unit. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. No other pets are allowed unless applicable under the ADA.
• Promotions & Special Offers - Legacy Vacation Resorts may send you future emails regarding upcoming promotions and special offers.
