Our corporate team leads the future of the hospitality industry in eight properties across the United States. We give customers the opportunity to rent or own at any of our locations. Who We Are

Legacy Vacation Resorts is a Certified B Corporation dedicated to using our business as a force for good. We obtained this certification in March 2019 and work towards recertification every 3 years. 

What's a B Corp? B Corps are a new type of company that uses their power of business to solve social and environmental problems. Essentially, a B Corp certification is to business what the Fair Trade certification is to coffee or what the USDA Organic certification is to milk.

We are committed to providing vacation experiences for families and friends to create their unique moments and lasting memories in a manner that respects our environment, employees, and community. While using our business as a force for good, we will educate the hospitality industry on how to attain sustainable economic development. Our vision is to become the provider of choice for families seeking friendly, comfortable, affordable, and sustainable vacation experiences.

Community

Community is key at Legacy Vacation Resorts. We strongly believe that volunteerism is critical to boosting our communities’ well-being. Therefore, we have our Day of Hope program in which team members receive 8 hours of paid time off dedicated to volunteering for the organization or cause of their choice. We use the Philanthropy Cloud to source our volunteering opportunities specific to each resort location, and over 240 employees have logged hours via Philanthropy Cloud*. From Beach Clean Ups in Indian Shores to Greenhouse Gardening in Colorado, our teams reflect the values that Legacy Vacation Resorts works hard to instill. In addition, our properties host blood drives, toy drives, and constantly work to benefit the communities that we live, work, and play in.
