Guest Mail/Package Policy

At Legacy Vacation Resorts, security cameras continuously monitor package storage areas to ensure the safety and security of all deliveries. Any packages arriving after hours are either securely stored or supervised by overnight staff to prevent theft or loss. Please note that Legacy Vacation Resorts does not offer package shipping services for guests.

Guest Package Pick-Up:

  1. Guests must provide a Photo ID to pick up packages.
  2. Packages won't be released without proper ID.
  3. If someone else is picking up a package, written confirmation from the owner is needed.
  4. Assistance with retrieving or transporting packages is not allowed.
  5. Guests cannot open packages at the pick-up location.

Perishable and Prohibited Items:

  • Perishable items are not accepted and should be returned immediately.
  • Prohibited items like weapons or drugs are not accepted.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender after 3 business days.
  • Legacy Vacation Resorts does not ship packages to Guests after checkout.

Packages Returned to Sender:

  • Packages delivered more than 7 days before check-in are returned unless prior arrangements are made.
