What is the Check-in and Check-out policy?

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. A refundable security deposit of $100 USD payable by CREDIT CARD ONLY is required at Check-in for incidentals. 

How can I make a request for an early or late Check-in/out time?

Please note that early departures are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to your original Check-out date, you will be responsible for the remaining nights. You may contact 1-866-507-1429 or email service.support@lvcresorts.com to make a request. 

What does the resort fee include?  

Guests enjoy many services at our resorts, including on-site amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide Wi-Fi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pickup, and resort parking. The nightly resort fee is applied at the time of check-out and is subject to change without notice. 

What are the age requirements for booking a stay?

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort. 

Do I need to give my debit/credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, a debit/credit card is required for all reservations. When using a debit/credit card at Check-in, a preauthorization hold is made in the amount of $100. Your financial institution determines the length of time the hold remains in place, and may take up to 7-10 business days from the date of Check-out or longer depending on your bank/card issuer.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Early departures are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to your original Check-out date, you will be responsible for the remaining nights. Flexible cancellation plans are available. Please contact 1-866-507-1429 or email service.support@lvcresorts.com for cancellation requests. 

What if I need to make a modification to my reservation?

To modify your reservation (i.e. update guest(s), booking dates, destination), contact 1-866-507-1429 or email service.support@lvcresorts.com so that we may assist you. 

Are dog/pet friendly rentals available at the resorts? Are ESA's permitted?

Our Kissimmee/Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Palm Coast, Steamboat Springs (Hilltop & Suites), and Brigantine Beach properties are now dog-friendly! 

Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a nonrefundable deposit due at check-in. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Please note that we allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. All other LVR properties are a pet-free environment, but we are happy to assist you in locating pet accommodations. Please inquire at the Front Desk.

Are all room types non-smoking?

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment. 

Does Legacy Vacation Resorts offer ADA/Accessible suites and/or guest rooms?

We offer rooms with Accessible features. For more information or questions regarding ADA features and/or Accessible rooms, please contact us directly at 1-866-507-1429 or email service.support@lvcresorts.com.

Are housekeeping services complimentary?

In an effort to remain environmentally friendly, we allow you to customize your clean. Please keep in mind that we do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*.

*Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact our Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services. 
 

Are towel exchange services complimentary?

Towel exchange is complimentary. Please contact the Front Desk for towel requests. 

After Check-out can guests still utilize the resort amenities?

After Check-out guests can utilize the resort amenities, only for the day of the departure. 

Do rental units come with cooking equipment?

Yes, all suites come with cooking equipment. 

What is the parking policy?

Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.

LVR Palm Coast is approximately 30 miles from Daytona Beach and St. Augustine Beach.

With no elevators at the Palm Coast resort, how many steps are the stairs to the 2nd floor?

There is a total of 16 steps to reach the second floor.

Is LVR Palm Coast a beachfront location?

The resort is not a beachfront property but it is located in the intra-coastal waterway with a 10 minute drive to Flagler Beach. 

Is Indian Shores a beachfront location?

The resort is not a beachfront property but it is located in the intra-coastal waterway with a public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, located just across the street. 

How can I reserve a grill located in the outdoor grill and seating area?

Please contact the Front Desk to reserve a grill.

What is "Mud Season"?

"Mud Season" usually occurs between April to May when the snow is melting and the area is very muddy.

Does Legacy Vacation Resorts rent out ski equipment?

LVR does not rent out ski equipment, but the resort staff will be happy to assist with finding a rental location.

Will the resort provide beach tags during my stay?

Beach tags will be provided to all guests free of charge for the occupancy of the unit they are staying in only while they are registered guests at the property.

Can LVC Owners utilize the property amenities while they are not a registered guest on-property?

At this time Brigantine's amenities are only able to accommodate registered guests.

Where are the washers and dryers located for guests?

Washers and dryers are located on the Ground level and 8th floor for use by all guests ($2 USD fee).

Who can park in the parking lot at the resort?

One car is permitted to park per room/suite. Additional cars are subject to towing. In-house guests of the resort and guests of the Laguna Grill and Rum Bar are permitted to park. The restaurant provides Valet parking attendants. The parking lot is smaller than the resort and parking can be a challenge at times but the resort is always willing to work with guests regarding parking.
