Yes, a debit/credit card is required for all reservations. When using a debit/credit card at Check-in, a preauthorization hold is made in the amount of $100. Dog-friendly suites are available at our Palm Coast, Steamboat Springs - Suites, and Kissimmee/Orlando properties. A non-refundable dog-fee will be charged for these suites. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Please note that we allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Washers and dryers are located on the Ground level and 8th floor for use by all guests ($2 USD fee).
One car is permitted to park per room/suite. Additional cars are subject to towing. In-house guests of the resort and guests of the Laguna Grill and Rum Bar are permitted to park. The restaurant provides Valet parking attendants. The parking lot is smaller than the resort and parking can be a challenge at times but the resort is always willing to work with guests regarding parking.
