Room Rate
Rates are per room/per night and based on the maximum occupancy for specific room types. The average daily rate is available at the time of your search. Rates shown online do not include tax. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Deposit & Payment (Direct Bookings Only)
To guarantee your reservation, the full room, rates, tax, and resort fee (where applicable) will be charged to the credit card on file 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking. Rates are quoted per room, per night and are based on the maximum occupancy for the selected room type. Resort fee and applicable taxes are additional and subject to change without notice.
Cancellation/ No-Show Policy (Direct Bookings Only)
Direct bookings may be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Once the full room and tax payment has been processed, the reservation is non-refundable, and any cancellation, no-show, or early departure will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Non-Refundable, Long Stay, and other promotional rates are subject to their own deposit, cancellation, and modification terms and conditions. Non- Refundable reservations are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
Reservation Confirmation
In order to guarantee your reservation, one night's room and tax will be applied to your credit card at the time of booking. Reservation guarantee varies with rate plan selection and may require a larger deposit amount or pre-payment in full. Please review deposit rules prior to accepting the terms and conditions. Cardholder must be present with payment and identification at the time of check-in.

Accessible Rooms
This facility does not offer accessible units.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort. Children under 18 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out is 10 a.m. The Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. A major credit card is required at check-in for authorization of a $100 security deposit and the nightly resort fees. The $100 security deposit will be released upon checkout, provided there are no damages or incidentals.
Debit Cards/Credit Cards
When using a debit/credit card at check in, a preauthorization hold is made against the anticipated amount of your stay, including estimated incidentals, up until your date of check-out. Your financial institution determines the length of time the hold remains in place, and it may take up to 10 business days from the date of check out or longer, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Early Departures
No refunds are given for early departures.
Housekeeping Services & Towel Exchange
Towel exchange is complimentary, and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee (please contact the front desk to make a request for towels or housekeeping services).
Resort Parking
Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee - motor home and boat parking is not available.
Smoke-Free Environment Policy
Legacy Vacation Resorts Orlando became a smoke-free environment for all accommodations. Smoking is permitted in areas outside of all suites and units, but is not acceptable in any unit type. The front desk gives a reminder of the policy upon check-in, and a recovery fee may be issued to guests who smoke in or near units to cover the costs of restoring units to a smoke-free condition.
Dog Policy
Dog-Friendly Units (no other pets allowed) are available upon request with a fee of $35.00+tax/night, with a maximum fee of $175.00/week due at check-in. 2 dogs, up to 75 lbs. per unit. If applicable, a recovery fee of $300 will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog or if an undisclosed pet is present in the room.

Guest Acknowledgment of Terms
By completing a reservation, the guest affirmatively acknowledges and agrees to the deposit, cancellation, and refund terms outlined in this policy. This acknowledgment occurs at the time of booking, whether made online, by phone, or through a third-party channel, and constitutes the guest's express consent to be charged in accordance with these terms. Disputing a valid, authorized charge that was made in accordance with these disclosed terms does not constitute grounds for chargeback or reversal.
Force Majeure / Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of a hurricane, mandatory evacuation order, government-issued travel advisory, or other event beyond the property's or guest's reasonable control, cancellation and modification terms may be adjusted at the property's discretion. Guests impacted by such events should contact the property directly as soon as possible to discuss available options. This provision does not apply to general changes in travel plans, weather forecasts that do not result in a mandatory evacuation or advisory, or circumstances unrelated to the specific event in question.
