At Legacy Vacation Resorts, security cameras continuously monitor package storage areas to ensure the safety and security of all deliveries. Any packages arriving after hours are either securely stored or supervised by overnight staff to prevent theft or loss. Please note that Legacy Vacation Resorts does not offer package shipping services for guests. There is a non-refundable package handling fee of $6.00 per package, for all non-owners. Packages must be picked up within 72 hours of delivery to the resort. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in packages being returned to the sender.
Package Center Operational Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:00-5:00 and closed on Sunday.
