The Steamboat Springs Hilltop resort is positioned near the Routt National Forest and features stunning views of Mt. Werner. Choose from our collection of fully furnished studio lofts, one-bedroom suites, one-bedroom plus lofts, and two-bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests.

To fully unwind after a long day in the great outdoors, the Hilltop resort has a warm fire in the lobby and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Families will love the game room, exercise facility, and the convenience of the onsite laundry facility. Other conveniences include a business center with computer access, ski lockers for storing your equipment, and complimentary winter shuttle service to take you to and from Steamboat Mountain/Gondola Square, and then on out to Downtown Steamboat Springs for dinner or shopping.

Planning to ship packages during your stay? Please note that due to recent changes, most deliveries (including Amazon) are now handled by USPS, not UPS. To ensure proper delivery, all orders must include both the street address and the PO Box:

Without a PO Box, packages may be returned. USPS typically makes packages available after 7:00 PM the day they're delivered. Oversized packages will be available the following day. USPS staff cannot make exceptions. At Legacy Vacation Resorts, security cameras continuously monitor package storage areas to ensure the safety and security of all deliveries. Please note that Legacy Vacation Resorts does not offer package shipping services for guests.

Guest Package Pick-Up:

  1. Guests must provide a Photo ID to pick up packages.
  2. Packages won't be released without proper ID.
  3. If someone else is picking up a package, written confirmation from the owner is needed.
  4. Assistance with retrieving or transporting packages is not allowed.
  5. Guests cannot open packages at the pick-up location.

Perishable and Prohibited Items:

  • Perishable items are not accepted and should be returned immediately.
  • Prohibited items like weapons or drugs are not accepted.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender after 3 business days.
  • Legacy Vacation Resorts does not ship packages to Guests after checkout.

Packages Returned to Sender:

  • Packages delivered more than 7 days before check-in are returned unless prior arrangements are made.
